Julia Zhu

Julia Zhu is the Assistant Director of Executive Education at NYU Stern School of Business. In this role, she works with clients from the business development phase through program execution. With a background in executive education and academic program management, Zhu brings a collaborative, participant-centered approach to creating impactful learning experiences.

Prior to joining NYU Stern, Zhu served as a Program Manager in Columbia University's Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement, where she supported faculty development initiatives through strategic communications, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, she worked at the Wharton School's Executive Education department at the University of Pennsylvania, coordinating the delivery of programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. She also held a program coordination role at Penn Dental Medicine, managing professional development programs and events.

Zhu holds a Master of Education in Learning Sciences and Technologies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from New York University. Outside of work, Zhu enjoys reading,  traveling, and exploring New York City's restaurant scene.
