Nancy Wu

Nancy Wu serves as the Assistant Dean for Executive Programs at NYU Stern School of Business. In this role, she oversees operations and finances for a portfolio that includes Executive Education, specialized master’s programs and the Stern EMBA. She leads a team responsible for delivering programs across international locations, works collaboratively with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, and partners with teams across the organization to enhance the participant experience. She leads financial management for the portfolio, overseeing revenue collection and expense tracking while ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
With over two decades of experience in operations, finance and collaborative work environments, Wu brings a deep understanding of how to drive efficiency and deliver results in complex settings. Since joining NYU Stern in 2007, she has played a central role in shaping the Executive Programs unit, leading efforts to improve processes, support international program delivery, and respond to evolving organizational needs. Known for her adaptability and flexibility, she values her team, takes pride in their contributions and maintains a strong focus on customer experience and program success.
Wu holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business with a specialization in Finance and Leadership & Change Management, and a BA in Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo. During her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family - which includes a lovable goldendoodle - taking long walks, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
