Thank you for your interest in NYU Stern Executive Education. Please note, our offices will be closed for the University's Holiday Break starting Wednesday, December 23rd, 4:00pm ET, and will reopen on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, 9:00am ET.

Please carefully review the information below to learn about our inquiry, registration and payment procedures during office closing.


Inquiries

There are two primary ways to reach NYU Stern Executive Education while our offices are closed:

  • Fill out a Talk to an Advisor or Contact Us inquiry form
  • Email execed@stern.nyu.edu

We will not actively check these messages while our office is closed, but we will respond to your inquiry within 3-5 business days after reopening.

 

Registrations & Payments

While our offices are closed, you will still be able to register and pay via credit card for our courses. We will send you a registration and payment confirmation email with important information about your course within 3-5 business days of reopening.

Additionally, while our offices are closed, you will still be able to register and request an invoice through our website. We will send you an email with the invoice within 3-5 business days of reopening.

Please note: Enrollment is never confirmed until we have received full payment for your course. If you want to ensure your spot is secured while our offices are closed, we recommend you pay via credit card instead of requesting an invoice.
