Welcome to Breakthrough Innovation: Strategies for Taking Your Moonshot. I am looking forward to working with you on May 2-5, 2022. We are going to be using a range of concepts and exercises that help you to unleash your breakthrough innovation potential and the potential of those around you. We will look at actionable ways to enhance your creativity and persistence, identify the technology dynamics in the market you are interested in and help you to prioritize
your innovation efforts.

Sessions will begin at 9:00 AM ET each day.
Each day will have two 90-minute sessions, with a 30-minute break in between.

There are two brief required cases you should prepare before you arrive to enable you to begin reflecting upon some of the key issues that we will be discussing in our four days together.
We will draw heavily from your own experience and challenges you are currently facing in your organization, so please come prepared to talk about how innovation is affecting your market.
