The client's target audience for the program is executives from member-institutions, business and functional leaders of areas such as Audit, Compliance, Equity Capital Markets, IT, Governance and Trading, and business division heads.

The Challenge

Fast track the development of senior managers through intense exposure to a focused curriculum, including opportunities to visit financial services institutions and to meet industry representatives in person.
Gain a deeper understanding of what happened in the banking industry in the decade after the Global Financial Crisis, how banking has changed since that point, and what lessons can be applied to banking in emerging markets.
Challenge participants to identify opportunities in banking in emerging markets using tools from faculty thought-leadership and lessons learned from the larger global financial landscape.
