Welcome Letter from Faculty
This program is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of what analytics means for businesses, learn about key decision models and tools, and how to apply the models to a wide range of industries. In addition, you will gain hands-on experience working with data and transforming it into actionable decisions. To achieve these goals, we will use a variety of learning methods, including lectures, case analysis, and group exercises.

Required Preparation
Please read and analyze two mini cases, "Ordering a New Product" and "Beer Sales" here. Please ensure that you read through the welcome letter as it contains important preparation information and instructions for downloading software that will be utilized in class. The faculty asks that you bring your laptop for the entirety of the program.
