you during your two days at Stern, June 9-10, 2026. While the program speaks to a wide range of leadership issues, it has two primary goals: (a) to help you develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be an effective leader, and (b) to enable you to begin thinking and acting differently as a leader in your own workplace...

What

Dress code for the program is business casual. Masks are no longer required, but are encouraged.

Required Preparation

Please read the below HBS case carefully before the course begins. It will take roughly 45-60 minutes to carefully read and process this case before class.
