you during your two days at Stern, June 9-10, 2026. While the program speaks to a wide range of leadership issues, it has two primary goals: (a) to help you develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be an effective leader, and (b) to enable you to begin thinking and acting differently as a leader in your own workplace...

Required Preparation
Please read the below HBS case carefully before the course begins. It will take roughly 45-60 minutes to carefully read and process this case before class.
In addition, students will participate in a game that requires a $1 investment from each individual. Please bring a one dollar bill to class.
