Leading Business Transformation
Leading Business Transformation
Change or wither? In the AI age, business leaders face an unprecedented convergence of pressures: technological disruption, shifting business models, and a pace of change that outstrips traditional planning cycles. The old playbook of treating change as well-structured, episodic deployments with a clear beginning, middle, and end no longer holds. Today's transformation is disruptive, continuous, at times erratic, and loaded with ambiguity. Leading it demands a fundamentally different mindset: the ability to act decisively without complete information, to adapt as conditions shift mid-course, and to reshape not only strategy and operations, but how people and intelligent technologies work together. This course is designed to guide leaders through initiating and implementing successful transformation that ensures continuous strategic viability and growth.
The program focuses on methodologies and tools that help executives plan and implement transformation more effectively, rapidly, and proactively, embracing change as an ongoing organizational capability rather than a discrete event. Special attention is given to the distinct challenges of AI-driven change: redefining workflows, building new capabilities, and leading workforces through uncertainty about the future of their roles. Participants will discuss theories and best practices of transformation, learn to diagnose the change needs of their company, develop a transformation plan built for ambiguity and iteration, and examine cases illustrating different implementation techniques, including organizations navigating AI adoption. Exploring these cases will deepen participants' understanding of the challenges, burdens, and key practices associated with leading continuous transformation in an organization.
Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
